WOW, we have had a lot of inquiries about our new Spay & Neuter financial assistance program! And we want to make it easy for anyone to apply. There are applications available at The Powell County Library and The Powell County Animal Shelter. We can also email you an application. Just email us at info@fopcp.com and we will respond.
We are proud to be able to offer those animal lovers in financial need help, and encourage EVERYONE that needs help to apply.
