FOPCP receives GRANT from ASPCA

We have even MORE big news to report!  FOPCP just received another grant for spay and neuter surgeries!

The grant is made possible by ASPCA.   And it will be used to assist low-income families with the cost of spay and neuter surgeries in Powell County.   We are deeply honored to receive this grant, and we know it will make a huge impact on the animal over-population problems that we face in our community.

To apply for this financial assistance, contact the Friends of Powell County’s Pets at (606) 481-9430.  And hurry!  This is for a limited time!   Spaying and neutering is an essential element to control the animal population of Powell County.

A huge thanks goes out to ASPCA for their support!
